MDG Lead

On behalf of our Global Key Partner, RED is currently looking for a SAP MDG Lead to join us.

Duration: 18 Months + Ext

Capacity: 5 Days per week

Location: Fully Remote

Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities:

1. Develop and implement master data governance frameworks and policies.
2. Lead data governance initiatives to ensure data integrity and compliance.
3. Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to define and enforce data governance standards.
4. Monitor and report on data quality metrics and address data-related issues.
5. Provide guidance and support to data stewards and other stakeholders involved in data governance.
6. Continuously improve data governance processes and practices.
7. Promote Data Culture.

Skills and Experiences:

1. Technical Expertise: Extensive knowledge of data management principles and technologies, specifically in SAP S/4HANA, CRM, and Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS).
2. Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead and manage cross-functional data governance teams to achieve strategic objectives.
3. Project Management: Proven experience in planning, executing, and overseeing data governance projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within scope.
4. Communication: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey complex data governance concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
5. Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills for identifying data quality issues, determining root causes, and implementing effective solutions.
6. Stakeholder Management: Track record of successfully managing relationships with business and IT stakeholders, ensuring alignment and collaboration on data governance initiatives.
