Marketing Specialist (temporary position)
About your tasks:
Marketing & Digital Duties
- Review digital marketing campaigns in our different channels and platforms.
- Manage routine website updates.
- Review or translate texts on web page/product information and brochures.
- Preparation of the price lists, through an application, following the guidelines of the head office.
- Resolution and support to the distribution network in its day-to-day activities.
- Support for live/on-site events to promote the brand.
- Responsible for assisting Marketing Manager in designing and implementing company's strategies and digital media plans.
- Ensure all digital activities are executed within brand guidelines and support the overall strategy of the organization.
- Work closely with different teams inside the company; pre-sales, sales, and after sales and outside the company; agency and freelancers.
Administrative Duties
- Support the Marketing Department with administrative duties.
- Coordinate branded company stationary in accordance with guidelines.
- Arrange exhibition and event bookings including distribution of exhibition materials.
- Support coordination of bookings and events at the Center of Excellence; (Our own in-house event venue).
About you:
- Articulate and professional communication skills in English.
- Comfortable communicating with all levels of an organization, internally or externally.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- 2+ years’ experience in digital marketing.
- Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar CRM system, WordPress, Mailchimp, Microsoft Office.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES REQUIRED
- Ability to use website content management systems, especially WordPress.
- Analysis of obtained data and decision-making based on the results.
- Use of office tools: Outlook, Excel, and Word.
- Translation of texts.
- Valuable Driver’s licence: B.
