About the role:

We are looking for a Marketing & Sales Operations Specialist Junior to join our team supporting the Marketing & Sales department. This role plays a crucial part in optimizing and automating key processes within our CRM, supporting sales documentation, and helping our Sales Channel area.
You will gain experience in marketing automation, lead qualification, and sales enablement while working with international customers and partners.
This is an exciting opportunity to develop analytical, organizational, and technical skills in a dynamic environment.

Key responsibilities:

  • Support the Marketing & Sales team by managing and optimizing CRM workflows, ensuring accurate data and automation of key processes.
  • Assist in documenting and structuring product information for commercial teams, ensuring consistency and clarity.
  • Analyze and qualify business opportunities by managing inbound and outbound lead generation strategies.
  • Identify key decision-makers within potential client organizations and assess their needs.
  • Provide administrative and operational support to the Sales Channel area.
  • Ensure proper tracking of marketing campaigns and lead performance within the CRM.

Requirements:

  • University degree: Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, International Business or equivalent.
  • Good communication skills are essential as you will be the first contact for our customers.
  • Technology-oriented: Our products are based on high-tech solutions, and we would like you to feel comfortable discussing systems for rescuing missing people based on mobile geolocation.
  • Be ready to develop a career in sales improving your negotiation, communication, and customer-service skills.
  • We are looking for proactive, enthusiastic, and organized team players.
  • English level C1 or bilingual is a must: It is the day-to-day language for engaging international customers.

Other skills:

  • Experience or knowledge of CRM platforms and automation tools is a plus.
