Your mission:
As the Marketing Manager at Goal Systems, a leading B2B company in the transport industry, you will be instrumental in shaping and executing our marketing strategy to enhance our brand presence and market share among business clients.

This role is crucial for a product-focused company like ours, where your contributions will not only influence our marketing efforts but also extend to pivotal projects like the launch of new websites and the introduction of new products.

Reporting directly to the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO), you will play a key role in aligning our marketing initiatives with our strategic business goals.

In this dynamic position, you will lead comprehensive marketing campaigns,
organize impactful industry events, and foster meaningful relationships with key stakeholders within the B2B transport sector.

Your primary mission will be to elevate the Goal Systems brand, drive lead generation, and ensure a seamless integration of marketing strategies with our sales and product development teams' goals.

We are seeking a visionary marketing leader who is passionate about product marketing and has a proven track record in delivering effective marketing strategies within the B2B sector.

Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Marketing Leadership: Develop and execute an integrated marketing strategy that aligns with the company's goals and enhances the visibility and reputation of the Goal Systems brand within the B2B transport sector.
  2. Comprehensive Marketing Execution: Oversee all marketing activities, ensuring they meet the high standards expected in a product-focused, B2B company in the transport industry.
  3. Event Management and Planning: Lead the planning, organization, and management of Goal Systems' participation in trade fairs, conferences, and sector events relevant to the B2B transport industry.
  4. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with product development and sales teams to ensure marketing strategies and campaigns are fully integrated with product launches and sales objectives in the B2B transport sector.
  5. Market and Competitive Analysis: Conduct thorough market and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation within the B2B transport industry.
  6. Marketing Budget Management: Efficiently manage the marketing budget to maximize return on investment and support strategic marketing initiatives.
  7. Content and Digital Marketing: Direct the creation and distribution of engaging, product-focused content across various channels, including our new website, to communicate our value proposition and engage target B2B audiences in the transport sector.
  8. Leadership and Team Development: Design the Marketing team, as well as lead and mentor it, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.

Your profile:
  1. Minimum 7 years of experience in marketing management, preferably in a product-centric, B2B environment within the transport industry.
  2. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  3. Professional proficiency in English.
  4. Expertise in digital marketing, content creation, and event management.
  5. Strong leadership skills and experience managing a marketing team.
