Your Mission

As our first marketing hire, you'll shape how the world discovers Bemazi. This isn't just about campaigns—it's about building a movement that empowers everyday creativity.

You'll craft stories that make users think, "Wait, I can actually do this?" and turn skeptics of "yet another tool" into evangelists.

What You'll Do

1. Tell Our Story: Translate "feature lists" into human moments (e.g., "How a bride planned her wedding without a single spreadsheet").
2. Unlock Audiences: Refine who we speak to (travellers? DIYers? overwhelmed planners?) and how we speak to them—tone is everything.
3. Create Magic: Produce content that's as visually inspiring as our platform (think: TikTok tours of user boards, "Before / After" makeovers).
4. Outsmart Complexity: Position Bemazi as the "anti-Notion"—simple, intuitive, and fun—while stealing share from cluttered tools.
5. Data with Soul: Track metrics, but obsess over how we make users feel (inspired? proud? finally organised?).

Who You Are

1. Startup Veteran: With a minimum of 4 years of experience, you've helped early-stage startups find their voice (and their audience) in crowded markets. Chaos doesn't scare you—it fuels you.
2. A Storyteller First: You see marketing as a canvas, not a checklist. You'd rather showcase a user's Bali itinerary than brag about AI features.
3. Anti-Jargon Crusader: You'd rewrite "maximise ROI" to "make every euro spark joy."
4. Visual Thinker: You know a mood board can say more than a 10-page deck.
5. Remote-Native: You thrive in async environments and can turn Slack threads into actionable plans.
