Reporting to the Global HRBP you’ll be a trusted advisor to leadership, partnering with managers to align business goals with people strategies. You’ll also play a key role in the successful implementation of a new HCM system, ensuring our HR processes are efficient, data-driven, and fostering positive employee and people leaders experience.
What You’ll Be Doing :
- Act as a strategic HR partner to department heads and senior managers, providing guidance on talent, performance, and engagement.
- Collaborate with leadership teams to design and implement people strategies that drive business success.
- Use data and analytics to drive workforce planning, decision-making, and continuous improvement.
- Play a key role in the adoption and optimization of a Human Capital Management (HCM) system to enhance HR processes.
- Champion a culture of growth, inclusion, and high performance across the organization.
What You Bring to the Table :
- 5+ years of HRBP experience in a multinational, fast-paced environment.
- Strong expertise in HR strategy, employee engagement, and organizational development.
- Hands-on experience in implementing an HCM system (Workday, SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, etc.) and guiding the business leaders and employees on the change journey.
- A problem-solving mindset with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization and drive change.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent in English and Spanish.
