As the Customer Advisor, you will

  1. Assist customers with their inquiries and concerns via phone, chat, or e-mail.
  2. Communicate effectively with customers, showing empathy and patience.
  3. Work as part of a high-performing team, supporting and helping colleagues and Team Lead, as required.
  4. Advocate the Trip.com culture both internally and externally.
  5. Assist with ad hoc projects, as assigned.

Skills & Experience

  1. Good verbal and written Korean (Mono-lingual) or English communication (bi-lingual) skills.
  2. Has passion for helping and supporting others and gains sense of fulfilment from saving someone's day.
  3. Good computer skills and knowledge of MS Office tools.
  4. Positive and forward-thinking attitude; diligent and results-oriented.

  6. Shifting schedule, working 5 days in a week (Mon to Sun).

Contract Type

  1. Fixed-term contract (1 year).
  2. 3 months probation.
  3. The contract can be transferred to permanent, extended or terminated according to working performance.

Working Time

  1. Shift Work (Scheduled work).
  2. 5 days a week (Mon-Sun).
