Main Purpose of the Role

Maximize sales and store productivity by providing an excellent level of customer service and adhering to Le Creuset's customer service standards. Actively participate in the smooth operation of the store.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers, converting interest into sales opportunities.
• Address inquiries and complaints promptly in-store and by phone, ensuring satisfaction.
• Actively showcase products using effective sales techniques.
• Conduct efficient sales transactions, following cash handling procedures.
• Maintain store presentation: cleanliness, organized shelves, and record-keeping.
• Handle orders and employ learned techniques to achieve goals.
• Enhance product knowledge through manuals, training, and visits.
• Participate in stock reception and ensure accurate documentation.
• Adhere to safety protocols and perform tasks effectively.
• Undertake additional reasonable tasks as required.

Skills & Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills.
• Excellent sales skills.
• English level B1.
• Willingness to work within the typical retail schedule (usually from Monday to Sunday, including holidays).
• Previous experience in retail or customer service roles.
