Remote : Europe (Spain / Ireland) - LATAM (Argentina / Brazil)

Working Hours : Europe: 10 am - 6:30 pm (Irish time) LATAM: 8 am - 5 pm ARG

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Financial Project Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing financial and administrative support to project teams and external linguists. They will work closely with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure that projects are executed efficiently and effectively. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, enjoys working with numbers, and has strong communication skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide support to project teams, including reporting and PO management.
  • Manage project-related queries regarding invoicing with external linguists.
  • Ensure project costs are recorded accurately and kept up to date.
  • Work with the Program Manager to manage month-end invoicing and purchase order tasks, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
  • Contribute to the preparation of quarterly business review presentations, providing insights and updates on project financials.
  • Regularly communicate the status of project costs and reports to stakeholders, including clients and senior management, and address any queries they may have.

Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of experience in project coordination, particularly in finance or data, with a preference for experience in the localization industry.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are crucial for managing multiple tasks and ensuring accuracy in financial records.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with team members, external linguists, and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and collaboration.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google online tools to manage documents, spreadsheets, and presentations.
  • Understanding of project management best practices and tools to support efficient project execution.
  • Ability to work in an agile environment.
  • Ideally experience working within an ISO environment.
  • Ideally experience working with global teams.
