Your Role

  1. Build, manage, coach and drive a team of high-caliber inside sales professionals focused on New Logo Business (Hunters)
  2. Set expectations, provide clarity and KPIs for the Inside Sales team to achieve
  3. Work closely with Nutanix Field Sales to design a “Divide & Conquer” new logo sales account approach
  4. Meet and exceed bookings targets for the identified market segment
  5. Motivate, coach and manage Inside Sales professionals to build pipeline and close revenue through Nutanix Channel & OEM Partners
  6. Work with Nutanix marketing to design and implement campaigns focused at various target accounts
  7. Provide accurate weekly forecasts and track sales activity leveraging SFDC
  8. Join Customer Calls with the Inside Sales team to coach and assist in closing bookings

What You Will Bring

  1. 5+ years sales experience and 3+ years management experience
  2. Experience in enterprise sales required, Storage/Networking/Virtualization/Cloud or Infrastructure industries strongly preferred
  3. Proven consistent achievement of goals through the leadership and motivation of an Inside sales team
  4. Experience hiring, developing and retaining talent
  5. Exceptional command of enterprise sales methodologies and the ability to coach to it
  6. Excellent communication skills and the ability to build cross-functional relationships
  7. Excellent Microsoft Office skills
  8. Travel 1 to 2 times a quarter required

How We Work

The Inside Sales team is a fully hybrid team. You will spend time working from our new Barcelona office and from home, you will feel connected to the team with our weekly meetings, 1-1s and daily slack (instant messaging) chats.
