Job Description:

The Opportunity

Transform the brief of product designs or concepts into manufacturable products efficiently whilst choosing the appropriate supplier to work with, optimize production processes, ensure quality and adequation with the formula, meet cost and time targets, and follow the launch of the product.

What you'll get to do

Pre-conception/Conception:

1. Pre-conception and pre-feasibility of the brief, establish minimum information on the pack to open formula consultation
2. Select the Vendor Panel with Purchasing Team to send the RFQ
3. Create the Packaging Quotation Format with Purchasing team, including pre-spec
4. Follow and challenge the technical answer from suppliers with the support of the MU packaging conceptor
5. Select with the Purchasing team the supplier to start the product development
6. Select the appropriate filling process & TPM for the formula
7. Integrate our CSR Approach on each project, including Spice calculation for VAC

Development & Homologation:

1. Detailed risk analysis including industrial constraint
2. Functional analysis for drawing validation
3. Deep follow-up of the supplier, task, ensure lead-time, quality, cost, including TPM
4. Drive and coordination of meetings with suppliers (including TPM) & Marketing
5. Coordinate with pack/indus Barcelona the Development Packaging and Industrialization, for quality team and outsourcing team
6. Assist to project team follow up
7. Give all relevant information to project team & CNP on task & milestones
8. Analyse and adjust the setup of each piece with supplier
9. Qualify the pieces with the labo support
10. Qualify the pieces to be compatible with the formula and the TPM industrialization
11. Establish the specification, range board, gabarit, drawing to control components
12. Give all components needed for Line trial, compatibility, user test, technical preserie & commercial preserie if needed

Execution & Production:

1. Validate the starting of production, on time, quality & cost, with pack supplier & TPM
2. Prepare the Packaging Assembling Instruction for TPM
3. Prepare and participate in the project closing

We'd love to meet you if you have

Experience: minimum 10 years in a similar role.

Education: degree in Engineering, Administration, or similar.

Languages: Spanish and English proficiency. Italian and French highly valuable.

Specific knowledge desired: project management, office, adobe, solidworks
