1. The consultant will be in charge of helping the Secure Email team enhance the behaviors of their end users by collecting and explaining all the processes required for the product and services related.

6. Explanation of best practices
7. Understanding the email infrastructure
8. Retrieving all alerts reported by the L3 and being able to respond technically.
9. Developing an awareness strategy to enhance the behavior of Secure Email users
