Responsibilities
- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues on various mobile phone models, including hardware, software, and connectivity problems;
- Perform repairs on devices, such as screen replacements, battery replacements, and other component repairs;
- Conduct thorough testing to ensure that repairs meet quality standards and are fully functional;
- Communicate with customers regarding repair needs, timelines, and costs in a professional manner;
- Maintain an organized and clean workstation, managing tools and equipment.
Qualifications
- Certification in electronics, mobile device repair, or a related field is preferred;
- Proven experience as a mobile phone repair technician, with expertise in both hardware and software troubleshooting;
- Familiarity with various mobile phone brands and models, including iOS and Android systems;
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills;
- Basic computer skills for record-keeping and customer communication;
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude;
- Fluent in English to communicate effectively with customers and team members.
