Your Mission

You will play a key role in ensuring GMP audits are technically aligned and compliant, while supporting our expert auditors.

What You’ll Do

1. Ensure audits are prepared, executed & reported effectively.
2. Monitor audit life cycles and schedules.
3. Review audit reports to ensure compliance.
4. Request, review & validate CAPAs (Corrective and Preventive Actions).
5. Support clients with technical expertise.
6. Ensure confidentiality & no conflicts of interest.
7. Follow Quality System procedures & investigate internal incidents.
8. Participate in or conduct audits when needed.

What You Bring

1. Degree in a scientific field (Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biology, Engineering, etc.).
2. 2+ years of GMP experience in Pharma, Biotech, or Medical Devices.
3. Strong knowledge of FDA, EMA, ICH regulations.
4. Excellent communication & leadership skills.
5. Fluent in Spanish & English (other languages are a plus).
6. Ability to manage multiple projects & work independently.
7. Willingness to travel up to 20%.
