We are looking for an experienced and motivated Luxury Sales Agent to join our real estate team in Cadiz. Key Responsibilities:

• Market Expertise: Stay updated on the luxury real estate market trends in Cadiz.
• Client Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with high-net-worth clients, offering personalized advice and guidance throughout the buying or selling process.
• Property Listings: Identify, list, and market luxury properties, ensuring each listing meets the standards of exclusivity and excellence.
• Sales Strategy: Develop tailored sales strategies to match client needs and market conditions, aiming for successful and timely transactions.
• Negotiation & Closing: Lead negotiations, ensuring favorable outcomes for clients while maintaining the highest standards of service and professionalism.
• Networking: Expand and leverage a network of contacts within the luxury sector, including investors, property developers, and other key stakeholders.
• Luxury Lifestyle Knowledge: Understand the nuances of the luxury lifestyle, being able to match clients with properties that reflect their unique tastes and preferences.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in luxury real estate or high-end sales.
• In-depth knowledge of the luxury property market.
• Strong negotiation skills and attention to detail.
• Fluent in English and Spanish; additional languages are a plus.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently in a freelance capacity.
