Role Overview:

We are on the lookout for self-driven, entrepreneurial Commercial Freelance Agents who aspire to develop a fulfilling career within the real estate sector. Your responsibilities will include building and managing your own property portfolio, marketing your professional services effectively, advising on property valuations, executing strategic marketing plans for listings, and facilitating negotiations between property sellers and buyers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop a robust property portfolio.
• Market yourself and the VIBE brand effectively.
• Advise clients on property valuations.
• Implement marketing strategies for properties.
• Mediate in the negotiations between sellers and buyers.
• Visit properties with clients throughout the areas of Murcia, Alicante, Costa Blanca, & Costa Calida and the option to sell properties in the Costa del Sol, Miami, and Dubai.

Candidate Profile:

• Sales experience or strong commercial instincts (preferred but not essential).
• Knowledge of the Costa Blanca or the Costa Calida in Spain.
• Living in the Costa Blanca or the Costa Calida already.
• Positive and proactive attitude with a commitment to professional growth.
• Excellent planning, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work well within a team and independently.
• Dedication to providing exceptional customer service.
• A valid driver’s license and vehicle are necessary.
• Must have the right to work in Spain.

Language Skills:

• Proficiency in English or Spanish is essential.
• Knowledge of additional languages like German, French, Dutch, Swedish, Norwegian, and Danish is a significant bonus.
