Workplace: Greece (Work from home anywhere in Greece)

Start Date: 15/7

As a customer service agent, you will be part of a dynamic team handling inquiries from customers either in the retail sector or in tourism.

Your primary tasks will include:

1. Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
2. Resolving customer issues in an efficient and friendly manner.
3. Recording and updating customer data in our system.

Qualifications:

1. Fluent or C2 level in Italian (written and spoken).
2. English B2-C1.
3. Strong communication skills and the ability to make well-considered decisions.
4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle challenging situations.
5. Good technical skills.
