As an Account Specialist, you will be responsible for fostering a close relationship with customers by actively providing business suggestions and recommendations that help them make their business more profitable. Provide customers with information related to Desigual’s products, services, promotions, sales guides (VM, KPIs, Sell-outs tools), marketing actions, and any other information they would need, enabling the effective selling of the Company's products through the different sales channels, in order to increase sales and profitability of both the client’s businesses and Desigual.
Master data : Ensure customer master data is accurate and properly maintained by setting up new accounts, updating commercial & financial information as well as cancelling existing ones if needed.
