DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for developing and implementing the organisation's systems in the Malaga / Costa del Sol area.
Demonstrate a track record of managing and motivating a small discreet team.
Build strong management practices to help the smooth running of all aspects of the day-to-day delivery and collection operations.
Collaborate with the senior management team to review and improve current systems.
Maintain strong working relationships with internal business units.
Meet cost, productivity, accuracy and timeliness targets.
Oversee the effective co-ordination of external & internal queries/escalations.
REQUIREMENTS
Fluent in English (at least C1 level).
Previous experience in logistics management is mandatory.
Good knowledge of golf or being a golfer is essential.
Proactive, accountable, organised with a practical approach to problem solving.
Excellent communication skills.
Great analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail.
Computer literate with sound knowledge of Microsoft Office package.
Flexible and stress resilient personality that can adapt and remain calm in all situations.
Ability to meet tight deadlines in a timely manner.
Ambitious personality.
Clean full driving license.
Live near Malaga area or would like to relocate there.
