Tasks

1. Project Management Support: Coordinate and track tasks to ensure timely delivery of each milestone.
2. Cross-Functional Team Coordination: Facilitate communication between diverse teams to drive alignment and collaboration.
3. Preparation of material and presentations: Organize and deliver high-quality content for C-level meetings following our method.
4. Adapting to Dynamic Environments: Execute tasks quickly and effectively in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.
5. Proactive Task Execution: Identify and solve problems autonomously to keep projects on track.

Requirements

We are looking for organized, communicative, and results-driven talent who can thrive in high-pressure, fast-paced environments.

You will excel in this role if you have:

1. Experience in project management support or operations roles.
2. Strong organizational skills with a proficient command of Excel.
3. Outstanding communication skills to engage large teams and confidently interact with C-level executives.
4. A hands-on, proactive mindset with a strong focus on problem-solving.
5. Fluent English and Spanish (French and German are highly valued).
6. You are based in Spain.
