The Tekk Group are an award-winning Technology Rental company with a UK HQ and locations around the world including Las Vegas, London, Barcelona, and Dubai. We are looking for a Logistics Administrator for our Barcelona office to help organise our day-to-day logistics process efficiently.
Logistics Administrator responsibilities include:
- Supporting the warehouse with booking delivery and collections.
- Managing drivers' daily routes.
- Arranging shipping documentation for various global locations.
- Liaising with clients on the progress of their orders.
To be successful in this role, you should be well-organized and understand the order fulfilment cycle.
Responsibilities:
- Plan shipments based on availability and client requirements.
- Track orders to ensure timely deliveries/collections.
- Prepare shipping documents (like invoices, purchase orders, carnets).
- Plan technicians' travel including flights and hotel transport for international orders.
- Schedule routes for our drivers.
- Provide information to clients about the status of their orders.
Requirements:
- Work experience as a Logistics Administrator or similar role is ideal.
- Knowledge of logistics software or transport management systems is ideal.
- Basic accounting knowledge.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Must speak Spanish and English fluently.
