The role you’ll play:

As a Localisation Project Manager Trainee, you will oversee the coordination of our customers’ translation requests from A to Z. After completing our extensive onboarding process, you’ll manage our customers' orders independently, ensuring all your projects are delivered on time.

• Coordinating translation orders with language experts, graphic designers, engineers, and other departments via the LanguageWire collaboration platform
• Working with our Customer Success Managers and Customer Representatives regarding translation projects
• Operating using our cutting-edge language management software
• Cooperating with our language experts and customers across the globe
• Performing various administrative tasks

What you’ll need to bring:

• You are fluent in English and/or German
• You are structured and organized with excellent attention to detail
• You thrive in a dynamic environment
• You can work under pressure and continuously meet deadlines
• You are open-minded, creative, and proactive.
• You have the option to sign an agreement with your university

What will make you stand out:

• You have experience with Microsoft Office packages and InDesign
• You bring experience using various tools relevant to translation such as CAT or Subtitling tools
• Proficiency in another language aside from English (preferably Danish, Swedish, German, French, or Dutch)
