Since our public release in September 2023, we have experienced incredible traction growing from 0 to 22M users. As we grow, our goal is to keep enhancing existing key features as well as developing new exciting functionalities (group chat, AI chat & phone calls in local languages, video calls, AI video generation, AR / VR, etc.).

Your Role Key Responsibilities
Content Moderation:
Monitor and filter inappropriate content to ensure safe and positive user interactions.
Implement and update classifiers to detect sensitive topics and maintain community standards.
Behavior Adjustment:
Use prompt engineering to guide AI behavior while maintaining natural conversations.
Policy and Compliance:
Define and enforce content moderation policies that align with company values and legal requirements.
Ensure compliance with global content regulations and ethical standards.
Understand socially acceptable NSFW behavior and clearly distinguish it from prohibited and unacceptable conduct on the platform.
User Feedback and Improvement:
Collect and analyze user feedback to enhance moderation systems.
Continuously improve user experience based on user interactions and emerging trends.
Multilingual and Cultural Adaptation:
Oversee LLMs in a multilingual environment to ensure accurate and culturally sensitive moderation.
Address regional and cultural nuances to maintain inclusive and engaging experiences.
Your Qualifications
Hard Skills:
Experience in studies of human sexuality.
Familiarity with content moderation systems and classifiers for detecting sensitive topics.
Proficiency in administering computer systems.
Experience with prompt engineering and LLM behavior adjustment.
Experience in communicating complex technical systems to laymen.
Experience with managing large-scale customer feedback.
Soft Skills:
Strong communication & collaborative skills (perfectly fluent in English).
