Role Overview

As a Lifestyle Manager , you will be the primary point of contact for a select group of clients, assisting them with leisure and business travel arrangements, as well as lifestyle requests. Your goal will be to understand each client’s unique preferences and deliver exceptional service that exceeds their expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring flawless execution of their travel and lifestyle requests through various communication channels (phone, messengers, email).
• Provide 24 / 7 support to clients, promptly addressing their queries and concerns.
• Manage and process daily client requests, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
• Proactively resolve any issues that may arise during clients’ trips, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience.
• Coordinate with the operations team to fulfill client requests efficiently and effectively.
• Oversee payment processes, including receiving payments and conducting regular checks to ensure financial accuracy.
• Utilize in-house systems and maintain an up-to-date database of suppliers to support client needs.
• Stay informed about the latest travel trends, regulations, and industry updates.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience : Minimum 1 year in a travel or tourism-related role.
• Languages : Native or advanced level of Russian / Ukrainian and upper-intermediate level of English or higher.
• Skills :
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office and other PC abilities.
• Mindset : A genuine passion for helping people and creating exceptional experiences.
• Bonus : Personal travel experience is a plus.
