Social Media Manager

This job requires an advanced understanding of digital marketing. You should be comfortable engaging in conversations with new people and possess outstanding interpersonal and relationship skills. Working in a global company, you need to be open-minded in your approach to work and have excellent organisational skills. This is a full-time position based in Madrid, Spain.
Responsibilities:
- Community management, content creation, and post planning for all our social media channels such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and other social platforms.
- Execute projects including online marketing campaigns.
- Be accountable for the local planning, creation, management, and reporting of content and campaigns in social media and activities with our community and marketing partners.
- Work closely with the marketing and PR team to align with OnePlus marketing objectives.
- Execute marketing plans for local marketing activities.
- Localise OnePlus brand’s message and execute country-specific initiatives.
- Analyse and optimise traffic for our e-shop.
- Support and identify new digital marketing opportunities (e-Commerce, brand partnerships) for OnePlus.
- Collaborate with other departments (Customer Service, Product Team, Logistics, etc.) to manage brand reputation and relationships with carriers.
Requirements:
- Every candidate must provide a CV in English.
- 3 years’ experience in digital marketing and working with digital media.
- Master in copywriting and creating great content for social media – with an eye for detail and structure.
- Data-driven with a proven ability to analyse data for insights.
- You are naturally social - both across social media and in real life.
- Demonstrated ability to execute online campaigns.
- You thrive on ownership and accountability – and have a proven track record of acting on your own initiative to deliver change.
