The Legal Counsel role in the Legal P&C & L&H Reinsurance Advisory EMEA team is a legal partner role to the P&C & L&H business units in EMEA, with a strong focus on enabling and successful completion of reinsurance business initiatives as well as on ensuring proper governance and compliance with external and internal requirements. The geographical scope of the role is wide, with a primary focus on Iberia, but it can also cover any jurisdiction in Europe, Africa, and the Middle East. Therefore, you should demonstrate a proven ability to adapt to various legal systems and cultures.
You will be expected to be a trusted partner to clients across the organisation by providing timely, high quality legal advice and clearly articulating legal risks and opportunities. You should be able to operate with ambiguity and to apply creative thinking.

This role is reporting to the Head Legal P&C & L&H Reinsurance EMEA. This is an outstanding opportunity to work in a global team of lawyers in Legal Reinsurance. We are a group of passionate and business-oriented legal advisors operating in a global organization and culturally diverse environment.
About You
For Spain, the base salary range for this position is between EUR 57,000 and EUR 95,000 for a full-time role.
