Learning Experience Specialist (Training)

We’re seeking a Learning Experience Specialist to design and deliver impactful training programs that align with our mission and values. This role combines instructional design and training coordination to create engaging learning experiences for virtual and in-person settings.

Responsibilities

Content Development:

• Collaborate with subject matter experts, trainers, and designers to create interactive learning materials.
• Develop training resources such as video scripts, practice activities, scenarios, assessments, and multimedia assets.
• Draft and update design documents outlining instructional goals, strategies, and content structure.

Training Coordination:

• Organize and schedule virtual and in-person training events, ensuring all logistics and technical setups are addressed.
• Provide real-time support during sessions, troubleshooting technical issues and assisting with materials.
• Prepare venues or virtual platforms to ensure seamless training experiences.

Evaluation and Improvement:

• Administer training evaluations, gather participant feedback, and compile reports on training effectiveness.
• Analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and propose innovative solutions to enhance engagement and retention.
• Continuously update training materials based on trends, feedback, and technological advancements.

Engagement and Communication:

• Promote training programs through engaging communications to boost participation.
• Develop onboarding resources and support new hires in their cultural and professional integration.
• Facilitate collaboration between teams to align training programs with organizational goals.

Documentation and Organization:

• Maintain and manage an organized library of training materials, ensuring accessibility and regular updates.
• Summarize training activities, outcomes, and participant feedback in detailed reports for stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven expertise in instructional design and e-learning content creation.
• Experience coordinating training sessions; facilitation of virtual and in-person sessions is a plus.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace, learning management systems, and modern instructional tools.
• Creative problem-solving and an innovative mindset.
