About the job and your team

The HR Specialist (Learning & Development) is an expert in providing innovative and creative virtual digital learning experiences to the organization. The function holder is knowledgeable about current systems in use for digital learning productions and keen to stay updated on new functionalities and systems for ever-improving digital learning creation.

You will work on:

1. Collaborating with local and global customers, providing guidance and support to address their learning needs.
2. Contributing to strategic initiatives within our Global Learning Center.
3. Guiding and facilitating e-learning needs analysis, offering expert content guidance.
4. Developing and structuring e-learning content using Hydro's tools.
5. Sourcing visual content, coordinating production meetings, and ensuring course approval.
6. Conducting thorough testing of the final e-learning product for quality assurance.
7. Aligning and editing video content, creating scripts, recording audio, producing animations, and adding subtitles.
8. Proactively updating content, contributing to e-learning projects, and managing e-learning translations with external vendors.
9. Continuously improving our e-learning services while staying up-to-date with market and design trends.
10. Creating and maintaining Virtual Reality (VR) trainings and interfacing within SAP systems.

Your qualifications and skills:

1. At least 2-3 years of experience in digital/e-learning creation.
2. Bachelor’s or master’s degree in graphic design, business, HR, or equivalent.
3. Understanding of instructional design principles.
4. Strong computer literacy skills (Microsoft tools).
5. Proficiency in using e-learning tools, photo- and video editing software.
6. Experience with Articulate Rise360, Vyond, Adobe Premiere Pro, VR video production, and familiarity with gamification techniques are advantageous.
7. Virtual reality (VR) trainings creation & maintenance experience as an asset.
8. Project management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
9. Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and engaging multimedia content.
10. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
11. Fluent proficiency in English, both oral and written; any additional language is an advantage.
