Lead Cloud Solution Architect

• Freelance Lead Cloud Solution Architect (AWS) – Remote from Spain

Senovo IT is looking for a Freelance Lead Cloud Solution Architect (AWS) to join our Cloud Enablement Office (CEO) within the Cloud Acceleration & Transformation (CA&T) team.

This cross-functional team drives enterprise-wide cloud strategy, governance, and transformation initiatives. As a Cloud Architect, you'll be at the forefront of enabling AWS adoption, providing architectural guidance to both internal teams and global clients, and accelerating digital transformation.

What You’ll Do :

• Provide expert AWS architectural guidance and define cloud solutions that deliver real business value
• Translate business requirements into robust, scalable cloud architectures
• Lead automation efforts using Python, Terraform, CloudFormation, and APIs
• Align technical roadmaps with business goals; define KPIs and manage the technical backlog (JIRA / Azure DevOps)
• Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders, from technical teams to business leaders
• Evaluate cloud tools, drive system improvements, and contribute to innovation with a tech radar mindset
• Engage in security incident reviews and lead key cloud initiatives

Your Profile :

• 5–7 years’ experience in cloud architecture, with strong focus on AWS (Azure is a plus)
• Proven background in DevOps, Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC), and automation
• Solid understanding of cloud cost / benefit modeling, governance, and transformation roadmaps
• Excellent communicator and team player, with experience in leading technical discussions and stakeholder engagement
• Fluent in English (Spanish is a plus)

Education & Skills :

• Higher Level Training or relevant university degree
• Deep knowledge of AWS, Azure, DevOps, Python, Terraform
• Familiarity with backlog tools (JIRA, Azure DevOps)

Location : Fully Remote (Candidate must be based in Spain)
