The Opportunity

As an AI Engineering Leader in SPAIN , you will drive the development of enterprise-level AI solutions, leading a team that automates and scales business outcomes. You’ll oversee AI projects from concept to deployment, ensuring cutting-edge, scalable solutions.

What You'll Do

• Define, prioritize, and lead AI initiatives in collaboration with business and engineering teams.
• Build and deploy AI solutions using Python, ML libraries, and AWS services.
• Mentor a high-performing AI team and foster a culture of innovation.
• Drive technical strategy, ensuring scalability and robustness.
• Manage hiring, planning, and cross-team collaboration.

What You’ll Need

• Bachelor's / Master’s in Computer Science, AI, or related field.
• Strong Python proficiency and experience in ML, NLP, and LLMs.
• Hands-on AWS expertise (GCP is a plus).
• Experience in microservices, API integration, and production monitoring.
• Strong leadership, communication, and documentation skills.
