Funciones

The candidate will be responsible for:

1. Responsible for the day-to-day legal matters as well as compliance matters within the country such as: contract review/negotiation (customer contracts as well as supplier contracts, internal service agreements); administrative sanction procedures; claims management; license requirements; compliance with specific laws: private security laws, anti-trust laws, GDPR, ...; General legal advice.
2. Organizing compliance with legal policies, including preparation/follow-up of audits and training.
3. Oversight and management of work performed by any external legal resources working in the Country.
4. Coordinating legal risks within the Enterprise Risk Management process.

Requisitos

Education - Essential: Law Degree.

Education - Essential: Master's Degree or Specialization in Administrative Law.

Knowledge - Essential: Knowledge of local laws (in particular laws relevant to the business).

Excellent English communication skills.

Availability to travel. Residence in Madrid.

Requisitos deseados

Experience - Desirable: Experience of legal matters relevant to the business, Experience from working in an in-house legal department or equivalent (e.g. law firm experience).
