Grading: Grade 3 or 4 depending on qualifications and experience (monthly salary starting at €2,706 or €2,919 after tax but excl. pension & insurances) + benefits

This is an entry-level position with no expectation of experience in wet lab work or science expertise. We are looking for someone who is adaptable, creative, and has a proactive approach to problem-solving. Some skills we are looking for include:

• Strong interpersonal and customer relations skills – this position involves closely interacting with team members, collaborators, and the general public
• Strong organizational skills
• Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
• Aptitude for logistics and event planning
• Experience in marketing and communications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Some knowledge of Spanish

You might also have

• University degree or equivalent, preferably in management, marketing, logistics, or administration related fields
• Experience in management, marketing, and/or customer relations is desirable for this position.
• Experience with event planning is a plus
