Our company is searching for a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist who is fluent in German. Key Responsibilities

1. Organize, conduct, and follow up on calls and interviews with candidates
2. Evaluate applicants through aptitude assessments to identify ideal team matches
3. Support candidates throughout each stage of the recruitment process
4. Collaborate with the social media team to create engaging content and campaigns
5. Maintain and update recruitment databases

Skills and Qualifications

1. Native-level or fluent German (C1) and solid English proficiency (B2)
2. Previous experience in HR is an advantage
3. Familiarity with German labor law is a plus
4. Proficiency with standard PC and internet applications
5. Strong communication skills and a commitment to ongoing learning
6. Detail-oriented and able to work independently
