Job summary: At Matchtech, we're seeking an Implementation Program Director (digital channels) with expertise in banking sector transformations for a highly important client.

Key skills required for this role:

1. Programme Director, Implementation, Digital Channels.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage and coordinate programs focused on transforming digital channels (such as web, apps, etc.) to meet the client's requirements and customer needs.
2. Monitor project activities, collaborate with stakeholders, and ensure smooth delivery.
3. Experience in implementing software in both local and international projects.
4. Collaborate with local stakeholders and internal teams across different teams and domains.
5. Create and maintain project documentation, assess project risks, and ensure all deliverables meet established quality standards.
6. Work closely with the Software Director to foster collaboration and oversee the integration of cutting-edge technologies.
7. Manage the program's tech budget to ensure cost-effectiveness and optimal resource allocation.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.
2. Proven experience in program technology leadership for the banking sector related to assisted channels.
3. High level of English.
4. Experience in software implementation at both local and international levels.
5. Strong project management skills and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
6. Excellent communication skills to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
7. Strategic thinker with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
8. Previous experience working under agile methodology.
9. Excellent knowledge of performance evaluation techniques and key metrics.
10. Outstanding knowledge of data analysis, reporting, and budgeting.
11. An analytical mindset with great problem-solving abilities.
