Your tasks

Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
Coordinate internal teams and external suppliers to ensure project milestones are met
Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure project success
Manage the customer relationship during the project
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and ensuring their satisfaction
Ensure that all technical and commercial aspects of the project are managed efficiently
Manage project budgets by controlling costs
Implement and maintain quality control processes
Conduct regular project reviews and audits to identify areas for improvement and develop new strategies
Lead and motivate project teams, ensuring clear communication and collaboration
Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies
Prepare and submit project monitoring reports internally and to clients

Your profile

At least 5 years of project management experience in the packaging industry
Understanding of after-sales services and project management methodologies
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Advanced Spanish and English are mandatory; knowledge of other languages would be a plus
Organized, reliable, methodical, proactive, and assertive
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Proficiency in project management software and tools
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Flexibility to travel
