Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute comprehensive PR strategies and campaign ideas to promote Parasyms products and initiatives.
2. Write compelling press releases and distribute them to appropriate media outlets.
3. Conduct journalist outreach to secure media coverage in Tier 1 media in the US and EU.
4. Collaborate with local PR agencies to expand our reach and effectiveness.
5. Work closely with the influencer department to coordinate and amplify influencer campaigns.
6. Manage and engage in conversations across social media platforms to maintain a positive and active presence.
7. Scale the impact of new PR publications and ensure widespread dissemination.
8. Enhance brand image and recognition through strategic communication efforts.
9. Oversee and manage all social media accounts, including content creation, scheduling, and analytics.
10. Contribute to the development and execution of brand strategy.
11. Assist with content marketing efforts to support overall marketing goals.
12. Monitor social media trends and conversations through social media listening tools.
13. Drive social media growth, demonstrating proven success in increasing followers and engagement on platforms like Instagram and Twitter.
14. Utilize word-of-mouth marketing strategies, including engagement on platforms like Reddit.

Qualifications:

1. Proven experience in the mental health, neurotechnology, medical, or health field.
2. Demonstrated success in securing publications in Tier 1 media outlets in the US and EU.
3. Strong track record of social media growth and management, with evidence of increased followers and engagement.
4. Proficiency in social media listening and monitoring tools.
5. Experience with word-of-mouth marketing, including active participation and engagement on platforms like Reddit.
