Position: We are seeking an experienced Procure to Pay Manager responsible for managing the Accounts Payable and Master Data areas of the Iberia BU Shared Services Center, ensuring compliance with pre-established policies and procedures.

About The Role:

1. Analyse monthly reports of accounts payable and treasury.
2. Submit area results to the FSS Director.
3. Guarantee that purchasing processes are executed in accordance with predefined policies.
4. Ensure that payment processes are executed in accordance with predefined policies.
5. Manage area CAPEX.
6. Guarantee audit actions (internal and external).
7. Manage daily activities and monitor internal and external inquiries for timely responses.
8. Partner with Procurement to automate and streamline the Procure-to-Pay process.
9. Lead MDM projects, defining project approach and resources.
10. Develop and maintain financial reporting processes and operational controls for procurement and accounts payable activities.
11. Continual process improvement within Account Payable and Master Data.
12. Manage and develop a highly engaged team.

Skills and Expertise:

1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
2. Understanding of relevant regional accounting practices and regulatory environment.
3. 3-5 years of experience in a similar role within a Shared Service Center, managing teams (over 10 members).
4. Experience in a Big Four is a plus.
5. Genuine interest in business process standardization.
6. Experience with change management in a multicultural and international environment.
7. Result-oriented, collaborative, and strong analytical skills.
8. Professional skills using Finance ERP, Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI (other reporting tools are a plus).
9. Fluency in both Spanish and English.
