Job Description

At Devoteam Spain, we are looking for a Sales Specialist with at least 5 years of experience in IT service sales to manage the client portfolio in the Valencia area and generate new business.

Main responsibilities include:

  • Lead Generation: Identify and contact potential clients, whether SMEs or large accounts.
  • Account Maintenance: Manage existing accounts.
  • Proposal Development: Create customized proposals that address identified needs, highlighting the benefits of the cybersecurity solutions offered.
  • Product and Service Presentation: Clearly and concisely explain the features and advantages of cybersecurity products and services, using language tailored to the client's technical level.
  • Negotiation: Achieve commercial agreements that satisfy both the client's needs and the company's objectives.
  • Client Relationship Management: Maintain constant communication with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Post-Sale Follow-Up: Provide technical and commercial support to clients after the sale, ensuring successful implementation of the solutions.
  • Training: Stay updated on the latest trends in cybersecurity and train clients on best practices to protect their systems.
