Are you a results-oriented and experienced Key Account Manager with a passion for technology and a proven track record in the SaaS industry, ideally within the cement sector? Our client is a forward-thinking technology company offering an innovative AI-powered optimization solution designed for industrial companies. Their platform provides closed-loop control, exceptional flexibility, and an easy-to-implement setup, empowering businesses to achieve significant improvements in their operational efficiency and sustainability goals.

We are seeking a talented Key Account Manager to drive their growth within the EMEA market. This is a remote role focused on both acquiring new customers and cultivating relationships with existing accounts within the cement industry.

What You'll Do:

  • Drive New Business: Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities within the Spanish cement industry. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve ambitious targets.
  • Cultivate Key Accounts: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients in the Spanish cement sector. Understand their evolving needs and identify opportunities for expansion and upselling.
  • Present Value: Effectively communicate the value proposition of our client's AI optimization solution to key stakeholders, demonstrating its tangible benefits.
  • Manage Sales Cycles: Navigate complex sales processes and effectively manage negotiations to successful closure.
  • Report and Forecast: Maintain accurate sales records and provide regular forecasts to management.

What You'll Bring:

  • Proven track in a sales role within the SaaS industry.
  • Essential: Direct experience selling solutions to companies in the cement industry.
  • Deep understanding of the operational and business challenges faced by cement manufacturers.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels.
  • Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Fluent in Spanish, additional European languages are a plus.
