We are seeking a Marketing Campaigns Coordinator to join our team at Object First. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and managing marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, demand generation, and business growth. This role requires strong project management skills, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and proficiency in marketing for B2B tech products.

Key Responsibilities

• Campaign Coordination: Plan, drive execution, and optimize marketing campaigns across mixed marketing channels.
• Project Management: Manage campaign timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure timely execution.
• Content Collaboration: Work with content and creative teams to develop marketing assets (graphics, emails, LPs, banners ads, etc.).
• Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Salesforce, and Pardot.
• Vendor Management: Manage external agencies, speakers, influencers, and partners for campaign execution.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product, and other internal teams to ensure campaign alignment and smooth follow-up process.

Key Skills & Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Experience: 2-3 years in marketing campaign coordination or project management.
• Tools Proficiency: Strong experience with Salesforce, Jira, Confluence, Zoom, Pardot, and Google Analytics.
• Communication: Fluent in English (mandatory); additional EU languages are a plus.
• Marketing Expertise: Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including email marketing, social media, SEO, and PPC.
• Project Management: Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in a B2B tech company is a plus.
• Background in backup, cybersecurity, or data storage industries is highly desirable.
