About the Role

We’re looking for someone with initiative, passion, and a drive for excellence. Your goal will be to open new markets as quickly as possible while working closely with key teams across the business.

What We’re Looking For

  • Native or bilingual in Italian and English (mandatory)
  • 1–3 years of experience in sales, commercial roles, or as an account executive
  • Fluent in Spanish (C1)
  • Strong sales and communication skills – you love convincing, helping, and inspiring others
  • Goal-driven and competitive – you thrive on hitting and exceeding targets

Impact :

  • Opening new countries
  • Launching new service categories
  • Shaping the growth strategy and driving new business initiatives

Team :

  • Work closely with the Expansion Manager
  • Participate in strategy meetings
  • Collaborate directly with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams

Key Responsibilities :

  • Acquisition and activation of professionals in new cities
  • Direct contact with top professionals – their success will be your success
  • CRM and daily operational management
  • Translation of the Expansion Playbook and the Webel app into Italian
