Job Description:

Eosol Group, a leader in renewable energy solutions, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Junior Quality Technician in the Wind Sector. As a Junior Quality Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our wind energy projects. You will work closely with experienced quality assurance managers and senior technicians, gaining hands-on experience and insights into industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct Inspections: Perform routine inspections and tests on wind energy components and systems to ensure compliance with quality standards and project specifications.
  • Documentation: Maintain detailed records of inspections, quality checks, and testing results. Ensure that all documentation is accurate, complete, and easily accessible.
  • Identifying Issues: Assist in identifying potential quality issues and discrepancies in the manufacturing and assembling processes. Report findings to senior team members for corrective action.
  • Collaboration: Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams including engineers, project managers, and field personnel to uphold quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations, safety standards, and organizational protocols.
  • Continuous Improvement: Take part in continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing quality processes and methodologies within the organization.

Qualifications

  • Education: A degree or diploma in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field is preferred, but candidates with equivalent experience may also be considered.
  • Experience: A minimum of 1 year of experience in quality assurance or quality control, ideally within the wind energy sector or similar industry.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with quality control processes, inspection techniques, and familiarity with technical documentation.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely to team members and stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a readiness to tackle challenges and contribute to effective solutions.
