We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Project Finance Lawyer to join our dynamic legal team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on high-profile transactions and gain experience in a fast-paced legal environment.

About Us:

Econergy is a fast-growing, publicly traded company specializing in developing, constructing, and operating renewable energy projects (PV, Solar & storage).

Responsibilities:

• Support project financing transactions from A to Z.
• Assist in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various commercial and finance legal documents.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to facilitate the execution and closing of cross-border project finance transactions.

Requirements:

• Licensed attorney with 1-3 years of experience, preferably from a law firm, focusing on project financing within the energy or infrastructure sectors.
• Experience in drafting, reviewing and negotiating various commercial agreements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Experience in cross-border transactions and PPAs is an advantage.
• Fluency in English, both written and verbal, is essential.
• Law degree from a reputable academic institution.
