Job Summary:

We are building out our first ever pre-sales team in Otovo, which means you’ll have an opportunity to join a growing team, learn new skills, make an impact and forge a career in one of the fastest growing companies in Europe.

We are looking for a motivated Pre-Sales Specialist to join our European team in Madrid.

You will talk to our incoming customers via phone, gather the key information, qualify them, and book in a meeting (video or physical) with our technical sales staff.

️Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the first contact with the customers (B2C; private individuals owning their house).
  • Gather relevant information and book meetings with our technical sales.
  • Present the advantages of the Otovo product portfolio clearly and convincingly.
  • Identify customer needs and wishes and document them in the CRM system (Hubspot).
  • Consistently pursue your goals and keep an eye on the relevant KPIs.
  • Report to the Team Lead for Pre-Sales.

️Requirements:

  • Characterized by clear and convincing communication.
  • Sales and customer-centric mindset.
  • Fluent in one of the languages: French, Dutch, German, Italian, Norwegian, or Swedish at native level, with a good command of English.
  • Highly organized and able to work both in a team and independently.
