We are looking for a Junior Data Operations Analyst (M/F/d) to collaborate with our local operational squads. In this role, you will become an expert in our business and data analysis systems and environment to champion data-driven decisions as part of the data operations team. YOUR DAILY ADVENTURES WILL INCLUDE:

As a Junior Operations Analyst (M/F/d), you will work on multiple projects across the EU countries that we operate in, in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment. You will create queries to answer operational and business questions from the central and local operations teams, and will communicate results in a clear and impactful manner. Focusing on analysing and presenting recommendations/process changes/new initiatives to management using insights derived from operational data. The position requires technical skills such as actively engaging in configuration and programming in the data environment, querying data via SQL from the data lake, automating data processes, deep dive analysis in Python and adjusting ETL tasks. You will also be developing monitoring tools to measure performance and help the business achieve its objectives.

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE:

1. Educated to Degree Level or higher in an analytical discipline such as Engineering, Computer Science or Economics
2. 1+ years of experience in an analytical role
3. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, always-on, constantly-changing startup environment
4. Excellent technical skills including SQL knowledge, familiarity with Tableau and Python or the motivation to learn
5. Enthusiastic, outgoing and personable - you have the ability to think on your feet, work independently and also proactively with others to find solutions to issues
6. You understand how to engage and influence decision makers and have excellent communication skills
7. Driven - you are motivated to find solutions to problems and constantly go the extra mile
8. Strong communication and interpersonal skills as well as excellent written and spoken English
