Finance (FPA) Analyst for PE Portfolio Company

Position Overview:

As an FPA Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the financial planning and analysis practices at Grupo Fire. This position offers a unique opportunity to influence the company's strategic financial decisions and to grow rapidly within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement robust financial models and forecasts to support business planning and decision-making.
• Analyze financial data and trends to provide actionable insights to senior management.
• Collaborate with finance and management teams to prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Monitor financial performance by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts.
• Enhance financial awareness and provide analytical support across all departments.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Proven experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial modelling.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively convey insights to stakeholders.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to rapid changes.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
