What will you do? You’ll save lives, drive performance and improve the working lives of all your clients’ employees. Working with a team of experienced consultants and experts, you’ll identify the causes of client safety challenges. You’ll analyse a range of metrics and observations and create, communicate and implement innovative solutions. You’ll be trusted to work closely with the client, coordinating projects and leading training. Beyond client project work, you’ll develop project proposals and create innovative, strategic solutions and see how your work creates positive outcomes. You’ll leverage your analytical and problem-solving skills across a variety of industries, for both national and international clients.

Who are you? You’re passionate about safety. You have 1-3 years’ experience in consulting and/or an industrial operations environment. You’re bilingual or native in Spanish and English - ideally you also speak a third European language to business standard. Educated to Master’s degree level in Engineering, HSE or Business, you’ve excellent communication skills and an entrepreneurial mindset. With a strong drive to make a positive impact for your clients, you’re willing to develop key expertise in safety and operations management.
