At Qualitice, we help companies navigate complex regulations, implement IT compliance solutions, and manage projects efficiently. We're looking for a Junior Consultant to support our projects, help maintain compliance processes, and ensure smooth operations.

If you're curious, proactive, and enjoy working in a structured environment, this is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in regulated industries like pharma and IT compliance.

What you'll be doing :

1. Assisting with client projects, reports, and structured documentation
2. Supporting IT compliance & Computer System Validation (CSV) (we'll train you!)
3. Conducting research and analyzing industry trends
4. Helping with client communication and team coordination
5. Managing workflows, deadlines, and internal processes
6. Supporting with additional ad-hoc administrative tasks

What we're looking for :

1. Fluent in English (mandatory), German is a plus
2. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
3. Interested in IT compliance, data security, and validation processes
4. Comfortable with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and data analysis tools
5. Bonus : Experience in consulting, project management, or IT compliance (GxP, GDPR, ISO)
