As a Junior Influencer Marketing Manager you will be an important part of our Spanish subsidiary and help shape the beauty world of tomorrow. You are a driving force and work in this role across all product categories.

• Primarily responsible for coordinating and collaborating with influencers and TikTok creators to build long-term partnerships and strengthen our brands
• Manage influencer collaborations from the initial contact and engagement through negotiation and implementation to KPI tracking and reporting
• Design, set-up and implement new, innovative and activating influencer marketing campaigns to increase the growth and sales of our own brands and distribution brands
• Support the development and implementation of marketing strategies on social media platforms in order to significantly increase the visibility and success of our company
• Research, identify and recruit new influencers and brand ambassadors, especially on the TikTok platform. In addition, you will manage and maintain existing relationships and take on the task of building a strong network with long-term partnerships
• Support the development and implementation of general marketing strategies and work closely with the retail, digital marketing and social media teams to coordinate activities and campaigns
• Responsible for monitoring and analyzing all campaign performance in terms of reach, engagement and ROI and implementing the analytical findings into concepts and recommendations and reporting
• Monitor developments in the field of social media and influencer marketing, research current trends, hashtags and viral content on social media platforms and continuously adapt the strategy
• Event organization and management

What you bring

• Ideally, a relevant professional experience in Spanish Market in a digital, dynamic and creative environment: influencer marketing, social media, PR, Marketing or event management agencies
• Strong interest and understanding of the industry, as well as in-depth knowledge of influencer marketing and social media developments
• Track record in the development and management of influencer marketing campaigns with high Level of activation
• Excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to maintain professional relationships with a variety of personalities
• You are a collaborative team player with an entrepreneurial attitude and the willingness to implement new, innovative ideas
• Strong prioritization, independent working style and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment are among your skills
• You have successfully completed a degree in Marketing, Publicity, Business Administration, Communication or comparable studies
• Fluent written and spoken English and Spanish. Italian also valued but not exclusive.
