Kantar Worldpanel is hiring a Junior Global Marketing Executive to lead the division’s content distribution across channels enhancing the company's digital footprint, while contributing to the different global marketing projects within the annual plan.

Role Responsibilities:

  1. Website, content and social media: Supervising the global pipeline in coordination with teams across the world. Coordinating translations and editing. Attending the weekly Editorial calls. Responsible for improving the company's presence on LinkedIn and developing social media strategies to achieve our goal of 300,000 followers by 2025. Also, serving as the LinkedIn cross-Worldpanel champion, ensuring compliance with guidelines, licenses, and permissions. Mastering the brand guidelines and the use of Loomly, Canvas and DSM8.
  2. Webinars: Webinar leader cross-Worldpanel to train the teams, build and run webinars with ON24.
  3. Critical metric and Marketing automation: External newsletters and digital campaigns creation/support. Compiling the monthly performance marketing important metrics such as Google Analytics, social media, and media coverage. Evaluating and reporting on campaign performance, using critical metrics and measurements to gauge the efficiency of marketing efforts and improve as needed. Keeping the Pardot database clean and updated. Managing the fortnightly newsletter - gathering content and handling html design.
  4. Others: Contributing to the different marketing projects within the annual plan. Providing support to the community of marketing experts across the world to help them promote our brand and offer locally. Supporting the countries with their social media and website. Coordinating with internal comms to get relevant news published at The Source, and Our Spark and What Matters Now newsletters. Housekeeping support - billing, PO.

Role Requirements & Capabilities:

  1. Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Management, or equivalent professional experience.
  2. Experience in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Account Management, ideally within FMCG, related industries, or marketing agencies with relevant clients.
  3. Expertise in revenue marketing and digital marketing, including content marketing with a focus on delivering measurable results.
  4. Background in completing digital marketing campaigns across regional and local digital channels, including Pardot, LinkedIn, Google, Loomly, Canvas and DSM8.
  5. Proficiency in English and Spanish is essential, preferably at a native level. Demonstrates excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong attention to detail.

  7. Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to convey marketing insights to both internal teams and external collaborators.
  8. Flexibility to combine creative marketing skills with analytical and reporting capabilities.
  9. Experience of relationship and contract management with external suppliers is highly desirable.
  10. Self-motivated and able to see tasks through to completion.
